‘Residenza Cervinia’ Holiday Complex – Holiday Houses

Our offered holiday houses are part of the ‘Residenza Cervinia’ holiday complex – situated at 30 m from the Cervinia cableway departure station. Flats can be reached directly with your skis on.

A short, easy walk from the panoramic location of the complex will take you to the Cervinia town centre.

Four flats are available to guests, two one-roomers and two two-roomers.

All shops and services can be reached on foot from your holiday house. Car spaces are available right outside. Guests can also use a common area.

One-roomers

Each of the flats, one on the ground floor and one on level two  – to be accessed by an internal staircase or lift – has 3 + 1 beds.

One roomers can therefore host up to 4 persons. Here guests will find a bathroom with a colour therapy shower, a kitchenette (with an induction hob and a small fridge with an inbuilt freezer, both mounted flush with the wall) and two double sofa-beds.

On the ground floor, a private cabinet can be used for ski and ski-boot storage. Car spaces are available right outside the complex.

Two-roomers

One of the two-room flats can host up to 5 persons and includes a kitchen with a wide dining room and a double bed-sofa, and a king size bedroom with the opportunity to add a single bed. The kitchen has an induction hob and a small fridge with an inbuilt freezer, both mounted flush with the wall. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

The second two-room flat is situated on the ground floor, can host up to 9 persons and includes a king size bedroom with two additional single beds, a living room with two double bed-sofas and an additional bed, an induction hob, a small fridge with an inbuilt freezer, and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor, a private cabinet can be used for ski and ski-boot storage. Car spaces are available right outside the complex.

Common parts

On the ground floor, the complex has a washing machine managed by the housekeeper.

Usable common parts include:

• a green room, for adult guests
• a pink room, for children
• an additional communal room (former bar) with an external yard (a meadow during warm months and a snow-filled yard during winter).

Pets are allowed.

Prices do not include a tourist tax of 0.50 euros per person per night. Pets are admitted by paying an extra charge of 50 € per animal per week, which corresponds to the cost of final cleaning. Bed sheets, towels and final room cleaning are included in the room price.
